It does not host government records and has no affiliation with the county, Colorado Springs, any court, library, state agency, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the pages only for lawful purposes. A visitor may not use the pages or information reached through them to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm a person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order

3. No Consumer Reporting Agency
This reference is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Neither the pages nor a result supplied by a linked search tool is a consumer report. None of that material may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the FCRA.
4. Outside Links and Services
Government portals, library collections, courts, sponsored search tools, and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. El Paso County Residents Directory does not control their content, uptime, pricing, data practices, or result quality. A visitor is responsible for reviewing the destination’s rules before submitting information.
5. No Warranties
The pages are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that a description, link, fee, coverage line, search result, or office detail is accurate, complete, current, or continuously available. The record custodian controls the official version.

9. Changes to These Terms
The operator may revise these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after the revision is posted indicates acceptance of the changed wording.
10. Access Restrictions

11. Colorado Governing Law
Colorado law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record references are informed by the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-201 to 206, but that statute does not make every county, court, vital, voter, or protected record available. Custodian rules, exemptions, court orders, and eligibility laws still apply.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
13. Questions
